We hired Midstate Land solutions to do the initial clearing and then continued to use them throughout the project.  The responsiveness, professionalism, and care that went into our project was astounding.  The owner respectfully made suggestions throughout our project that not only saved us time but saved us money.  I always felt that Midstate had our best interest  in mind.  After the initial clearing and the rock laid for our driveway we continued to use Midstate for grading, final grading, seeding and we have had them back to help plant grass seed. The owner really cares about his companies work. He came by and re-graded our driveway on his own, simply because he didn't like how it settled... 2 years later!
